The Law Offices of Frederick Focke Mischler

My practice focuses on estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney), federal, state and local taxation, business and corporation law, contracts, and real estate.

I graduated from University of Cincinnati in 1985 with a double bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance. I worked for 6 years in public accounting and industry before attending University of Dayton School of Law, graduating in 1994.

I immediately went overseas to work for 7 years in Poland as a business consultant. While there, I also taught economics and business law at Warsaw University. Primarily I consulted with multinational corporations who were looking to invest in Poland. My final consulting client, a US headquartered mutual fund company, hired me to assist with preparing their business plan to invest $10-15 million in Poland. We were able to do that in record time, obtaining our investment license in about 4 months. They hired me to be the controller for the new business and as reporting liasion to the US HQ.

When I returned to the US in late 2001, I started practicing in estate planning and probate, tax, corporation law, real estate, and business planning for my clients.

I am active in my community as a member of Rotary International, as a volunteer for local charitable organizations, and as a member of the Alumni Board of Trustees for the School of Law.
